I know that veggie- diet isn't right for me, but I can't take beef pro food anymore. I need to trim down for the season, i intend to lose at least 8 to 10 pounds this month..

yes red, me 20 days pa before christmas, sana mapadaan si santa. ok lang din kahit three kings na, tanggapin ko pa rin.. :D
