A total adventure of a backpack traveler Richard, played by Leonardo DiCaprio.
Richard is a young American in search for unusual vacation. He ended in Thailand and discovered about the secret beach. Nothing is impossible for him to discover the mystery of the paradise. The film has many twist, drama and is one ultimate adventure. Though many viewers gave a rotten tomato for the review, I would say, the film is one of the best movie for me. It's Leonardo DiCaprio and I don't care much about the film anyway. I also love the great scenes, never mind about slow pacing of the movie. Just focus on the tropical island and the great beach. Leonardo DiCaprio is more of a pretty face here, he just proved he's one the best actor ever.

i loved The Beach! it's a very nice movie with lots of twists and drama.. i agree, this is one of di caprio's better roles.
