short update/smartbro

just a short update. i don't want to talk much about the network that ruined my day. i went to smart wireless center yesterday but nothing happened. i had no proof to present that they received/acknowledged termination of my contract and I had to blame myself for that. the customer service who attended my concern, noted my visit as inquiry and not termination of contract. and where's the form, the ID, that I submitted? it's nowhere.. i was disconnected because of non-signal but the accumulated bill that came to me was due to non-payment. i'm updated in all my bills and pay only to what i believed i've conscientiously used. it's a big regret to get their service. so disappointed!
